Shipping Policy

Items are typically prepared and packed for shipping within 7-10 business days and ship in the USA within 3-10 business days. All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS whenever possible.

Shipping is calculated by weight. Typically a single mug shipping cost is $16, 2 mugs $21. Heavier things like vases can cost $25-$30 for shipping. A part of shipping cost comes down to zones so the pricing may vary depending on location.  

If you place multiple orders, your orders will be automatically combined as if you had a multi-piece order and your excess shipping refunded!

Currently shipping only to the US. Greater International Shipping is currently not supported. If you do want something sent abroad, please reach out via email and we can get a custom quote.

Tracking  

All orders receive tracking numbers for packages.  

Scum Studios is not responsible for transportation delays or incidents caused by USPS or other shipping services and does not provide refunds or re-send packages that are lost in the mail.
